The short version We collect the information you provide on our form (such as your email and loan details) so we can help match you with potential lenders. We don't sell your personal data. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing creditdawn@protonmail.com.

CreditDawn is a personal-loan lead-matching service operated by:

We are not a lender. We act as a referral service that connects consumers with personal-loan providers and partners.

When you fill out our request form, we collect information you provide, which may include:

Full name, phone number, and ZIP code (if you complete the full application)
Loan amount requested, loan purpose, estimated credit tier, and approximate annual income (if provided)

Service providers. We use third parties to host our site (Cloudflare), send email, process data, and provide analytics. These providers only have access to information necessary to perform their services.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We may share information with lending partners as described above, and consumers in California and other states with similar laws have the right to opt out — see Section 8.
